Satisfaction Guaranteed

    Being a somewhat new business, we are motivated by giving you what others have not.  We are proud of the quality of our products and all our products are sold on a “satisfaction guaranteed” basis.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it to us within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund, credit or exchange.  A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on the purchase price.  If a mistake in sizing, selecting, or choosing falls on us, we will gladly waive the restocking fee.

Non Returnable

    Items that you cannot return to us are those items that are personalized, stamped or engraved.

Airsoft Returns

    All Airsoft weapon sales are final.  Due to the precise tolerances or Airsoft weapons and the fact that they have highly complex internal parts, there will be no refunds issued at any time by us.  Most items have a limited 7 day manufacturer warranty on internal parts.  Please refer to the manufacturer of your specific weapon to see what warranty that they provide.  Legal Note:  Federal Law mandates that all Airsoft weapons sold within the United States have a fixed orange color on the business end of each weapon.  Each weapon that we sell complies with this law.  You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase Airsoft weapons from Texas Police Supply.  You can purchase weapon accessories at any age.


Restocking fee

Please keep all original packaging material for your purchase for a minimum of 30 days.  If you sent back an item because of a mistake on our end, we will reimburse your cost of shipping it back to us.  If the mistake was made because of an error in sizing or style or customer choice, there will be a 15% restocking fee.


Prices are subject to change

    We make every effort to maintain the prices on this website; however, we are humans and can make mistakes from time to time.  If there is a pricing error that is substantial, we will contact you to let you know the actual price and see what we can do to make it right.
